Choosing the right product
Which range should I start with?
Pick by concern. Hair Fall Care is for thinning and breakage, HydraBoost is for dandruff and dryness, and Colour Protect is for coloured or bleached hair. The serum and de-tangler in Everyday Essentials work alongside any of them.
Are these products suitable for colour-treated hair?
Yes. The Colour Protect Blue range is made specifically for coloured and bleached hair — the blue-violet pigment counters brassy yellow tones while the formula keeps the scalp's pH balanced.
Can I combine products from different Earth Therapy ranges?
Yes. The serum and de-tangler in Everyday Essentials are designed to work alongside any of the ranges.
What sizes do the products come in?
Most shampoos, conditioners and the de-tangler come in 200ml. The hair oil, tonic and serum come in 100ml.
How do I know which product suits my hair concern?
Pick by concern: Hair Fall Care for thinning and breakage, HydraBoost for dandruff and dryness, and Colour Protect for coloured or bleached hair. Each product page also has its own FAQ.
Formula & safety
What does pH balanced actually mean?
A healthy scalp sits between pH 4.5 and 5.5. Harsh cleansers push it higher, which weakens the root and leads to hair fall, dryness and flaking. Every Earth Therapy formula is balanced to stay inside that range.
Are the products vegan and cruelty free?
Several of our products — including the Hair De-Tangler, the Colour Protect range and the Anti-Frizz Hair Serum — are a vegan-friendly recipe and are never tested on animals. Check each product page for its own attributes.
Are the products sulphate-free?
Our co-wash shampoos (Anti Hair Fall and HydraBoost) are sulphate-free. Check each product page for its own attributes.
Are the products paraben-free?
Our Anti Hair Fall and HydraBoost conditioners are paraben-free. Check each product page for its own attributes.
Are the products mineral oil-free?
Several of our shampoos, conditioners and the Hair Serum are mineral oil-free. Check each product page for its own attributes.
What does “toxic chemical and filler free” mean?
It is one of the attributes listed on some of our products, alongside cruelty-free, vegan-friendly and eco-aware. It is only shown on the products it applies to.
Is the fragrance in the products natural?
Several of our products are described as having a natural aroma. Check each product page for its own attributes.
What ingredients appear across the range?
Fermented rice water and amino acid complexes appear across several of our shampoos and conditioners. Each product page lists its own key ingredients.

How should I store Earth Therapy products?
As with most haircare products, store them in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
Should I do a patch test first?
If you have sensitive skin, we’d recommend a patch test before regular use.
What if a product causes irritation?
Discontinue use and, if irritation continues, consult a dermatologist.
Can these products be used daily?
Most are formulated for regular use as part of your routine. If you have any concerns, a patch test is a good first step.
